时光漫步酒店集团是国内以怀旧主题为核心的连锁酒店集团。本案例聚焦时光漫步 S 酒店(洪崖洞店)智能客控应用,以 “语音 + 面板 + 场景联动” 实现便捷操控,搭配健康生态空气系统,为宾客打造 “森林级” 清新空气与智能舒适的体验。
This case focuses on the smart guest control application at Nostalgia S Hotel (Hongyadong Branch). It adopts "voice + panel + scene linkage" for convenient operation, and is equipped with a healthy ecological air system to deliver guests a "forest-level" fresh air experience alongside smart and comfortable stay.
本方案基于 Home Assistant(HA)原生底层平台,采用本地局域网控制为核心运行方式,所有设备联动、场景执行、数据处理均在本地局域网内完成,无需依赖第三方云端平台,即可实现设备远程调试、故障排查与系统维护,总线为主、无线为辅的混合型布线方案大幅降低酒店后期运维成本。硬件以智能控制主机 HA03 为核心,采用 24路16A 继电器模组M24162搭配 25A 手自一体交流接触器MS250实现灯光回路稳定通断控制;搭载 0-10V 五路调光模组MD25与 大功率调光模块JZ01 ,支持多路灯光精准无级调光,可满足酒店各类氛围场景切换需求。整套设备由导轨电源HDR6012集中稳压供电,配合智能三相能源电表 EM02 ,实时采集、统计并监测全场用电数据,实现可视化能耗管理与节能运维。
在环境监测方面,项目部署 HA-AIR7S 七合一空气质量检测仪、HANGSO2 负氧离子传感器、HAS01L05 八合一环境传感器、HANSO1 噪音传感器,多维度实时监测室内温湿度、空气质量、负氧离子、噪音等环境参数,支持室内外数据对比分析。所有设备数据统一汇总至 HA 原生平台,通过酒店大厅的实时监测展示终端实现数据集中展示、状态可视化与设备联动控制。本案例共涉及十余个子系统。
This solution is built on the native underlying platform of Home Assistant (HA), with local LAN control as the core operation mode. All device linkage, scene execution and data processing are completed within the local area network. Remote commissioning, troubleshooting and system maintenance can be realized without relying on third-party cloud platforms. Adopting a hybrid wiring solution with wired bus as the mainstay and wireless as supplement, the system greatly reduces the hotel's subsequent operation and maintenance costs.
Centered on the HA03 intelligent control host, the hardware adopts M24162 24-channel 16A relay modules together with MS250 25A manual-automatic AC contactors to achieve stable on-off control of lighting circuits. Equipped with MD25 0-10V 5-channel dimming modules and JZ01 high-power dimming modules, it supports stepless precise dimming for multiple lights to meet various atmosphere scene switching requirements of the hotel. All devices are stably powered by HDR6012 DIN rail power supplies. Combined with EM02 intelligent three-phase energy meters, the system collects, statistics and monitors real-time power consumption data across the venue, realizing visualized energy management and energy-saving operation.
For environmental monitoring, the project deploys HA-AIR7S 7-in-1 air quality detectors, HANGSO2 negative ion sensors, HAS01L05 8-in-1 environmental sensors and HANSO1 noise sensors. It conducts multi-dimensional real-time monitoring of indoor temperature, humidity, air quality, negative ions, noise and other parameters, and supports comparative analysis of indoor and outdoor data. All data is aggregated to the native HA platform, and centralized data display, status visualization and device linkage control are realized via the real-time monitoring and display terminals in the hotel lobby.
A total of over ten subsystems are applied in this project.
